KJ-Release Agent

Product Overview

KJ-Release Agent is available in both water-based and oil-based versions, and is a semi-permanent type of release agent designed for the following resin systems: epoxy resins (thermosetting resins, composite fiber materials). During the manufacturing of wind power generation blades, epoxy resin vacuum infusion is carried out in a sealed mold cavity. In such a closed environment, high temperature stability is required for the release agent, which provides excellent performance in blade manufacturing.

Used for wind turbine blades.
