KJ-Breathable Felt

Product Overview

KJ-Breathable Felt is a specialized breathable felt for vacuum molding processes. It is made from non-woven polyester fibers and processed into a finished product. After rigorous washing and heat setting, the surface is clean and free of contaminants. It has excellent breathability and conformability, and remains stable at high temperatures. Suitable for traditional vacuum bag molding techniques (wet method), it can expel bubbles introduced during the lamination process or generated during curing, and it also absorbs excess resin.

Applicable Scope

Widely used in the composite molding processes of aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, and wind energy.
