KJ-Automatic Zinc Spraying

Product Overview

KJ-Automatic Zinc Spray uses high-purity zinc powder (with a zinc content of over 92%), combining the dual advantages of electroplating and zinc coatings, to achieve galvanizing effects through a non-electroplating process. It offers good cathodic protection capabilities and long-lasting rust prevention performance. It is easy to use; with a simple spray, it achieves the effect of "galvanizing" zinc.

Applicable Scope

Suitable for the corrosion protection of steel structures and the strengthening and repair of zinc protective layers. Widely used for the corrosion protection of various towers, steel beams, pipelines, chassis, railings, air conditioning brackets, and steel components in wastewater treatment. During construction, the surface must be hard and compact, dry. Shake the can up and down to mix the material evenly, spray evenly back and forth at a distance of about 20cm from the object to be coated; for repair, the thickness of the spray can be adjusted according to the degree of damage, and sprayed 2-3 times; if not sprayed at one time, please invert the can and press the nozzle for about 3 minutes to clear the remaining material to prevent clogging; theoretical coverage rate: 1m2/can (dry film thickness 30μm).
