Product Overview

KJ-Reinforced film is based on special rubber, fiberglass and epoxy resin which is for the reinforcement to car body. Wide curing temperature range and baking resistance, oil surface construction, it is easy to operate cause need no heating in winter, can improve production efficiency. It has excellent adhesion and reinforcement to metal substrate, it also has excellent weather resistance. There is no pollution to the environment since it contains no organic solvent, non-toxic and with non-irritating odor.

Applicable Scope

It is suitable for local reinforcement of body sheet and stress concentration, enhance the anti-collision, anti-fatigue, reduce vibration, eliminate noise, reduce the thickness of body plate, reduce body weight and reduce cost.
