On March 30th, the second Lean Project Market event was held with great enthusiasm.

Lean Feast, Wisdom Sharing," Kejian Shares' second Lean Project Market event is in full swing. At the beginning of the event, the company's chairman, Wu Haitao, delivered the opening speech.

He shared the following three points with everyone:

1、什么是精益生产？精益生产是在不改变品质或者提高品质的基础上所有降本增效的行为;

2、为什么需要精益生产？他分享了一个我们供应商在今年的年降本中遗憾退出的案例，用发生在我们身边的事实来给大家展现，在残酷的市场竞争中企业生死存亡的现实，希望我们每一个人都用自己的努力来加强公司的核心竞争力；

3、公司从三年以来一直推动精益生产的价值是：为整个产业链、供应链提供我们科建有效的价值，给我们共同的衣食父母（我们的客户）在当下严重内卷的市场环境中，提供博弈的重要筹码。

1. What is lean production? Lean production is all behavior that reduces costs and increases efficiency without changing or improving quality.

2.Why is lean production necessary? He shared a case of a supplier who unfortunately exited during this year's cost reduction. He used this fact happening around us to show everyone the reality of the survival of enterprises in the fierce market competition, hoping that each of us will strengthen the company's core competitiveness with our own efforts.

3.The value that the company has been promoting lean production for three years is: to provide effective value to the entire industry chain and supply chain for Kejian, and to our common bread and butter (our customers), providing important chips in the current severe market environment of involution.

The future development of the company relies either on innovation or lean production. He emphasized the importance of lean production as one of the two legs of the company's development and gave great encouragement to the team's expectations. This was an inspiring opening that set the tone for our day-long event.
