On June 19, 2024, the 19th International Exhibition on Advanced Composites, Raw Materials, Tools, and Engineering Applications (SAMPE 2024 Conference) opened at the China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Pavilion).

After a year's interval, Kejian Shares brings a variety of new composite material products to the SAMPE event, showcasing not only the latest R&D achievements in the field of composite materials but also reflecting Kejian's deep insight and relentless pursuit of the future development of high-performance materials.

Kejian Shares focuses on the R&D and production of auxiliary materials for aviation composite materials, providing professional auxiliary material solutions according to different temperature requirements of customers.

With the continuous expansion and development of its business, Kejian's product line is becoming increasingly rich. The current composite material products are mainly high-temperature resistant vacuum sealing tapes, and have developed to include tooling rubber, vacuum bag films, separator films, release fabrics, auxiliary tapes, and many other high-temperature resistant products. The products are widely used in the composite material molding processes of the aerospace industry, wind turbine blade manufacturing, and boatbuilding.

At this exhibition, Kejian launches two blockbuster products to the market:

KJ-940 is a high-temperature resistant silicone sealing tape that can withstand temperatures up to 427°C. It is primarily used for vacuum sealing in the production of thermoplastic composite materials and has already been tried and approved by some major manufacturers in the aviation and aerospace industries.

KJ-915 is a silicone-based tooling rubber that can withstand temperatures up to 260°C. It can be used for pressure pads and soft tooling membranes in high-temperature environments, and is particularly suitable for the fabrication of airbag molds.
