Product Overview

KJ-5500 Electronic Thermal Conductive Potting Compound is a two-component, addition-curing, silicone-based thermal conductive and flame-retardant potting compound. It can cure at room temperature or with heat, with the characteristic that the higher the temperature, the faster the curing. No by-products are produced during curing. After curing, it has good temperature resistance (-50 to 200°C), and it is also weather-resistant, capable of withstanding the adverse effects of ultraviolet light, ozone, moisture, acids, and alkalis when used outdoors.

Applicable Scope

Suitable for potting protection of inverters, inductors, module power supplies, and circuit boards.
