Product Overview
KJ-9700 is a neutral paint deforming agent with silicate as its main component. It is an environmentally friendly product used in the water flushing systems of spray painting booths. It causes paint particles in the circulating water to flocculate and float, thereby facilitating their separation. This product is suitable for a wide range of paint types.
Applicable Scope
Added to the circulation water system of the spray painting line, it "captures" the overspray that enters the circulation water, encapsulates and penetrates paint droplets, disrupts the functional groups of the paint, causing it to lose its stickiness, and facilitates the encapsulated paint droplets to float or sink.
