KJ-PUR FZ720R Hot Melt Adhesive

Product Overview

KJ-PUR FZ720R is a single-component reactive polyurethane (PUR) hot melt adhesive based on polyurethane resin. It features low viscosity, easy wetting, and high production efficiency, making it suitable for automated production processes. After melting at temperatures between 80-110°C for application, it provides excellent adhesion strength upon complete curing, and has a very soft touch.

Applicable Scope

Suitable for fabric-to-film lamination. Fabrics with a waterproof rating of level 4 or lower, and fabrics with a rating above level 4 as well as filament-type fabrics require small-scale testing before batch production. When laminating fabrics without waterproof properties, due to the strong penetration of PUR720, small-scale testing is needed before batch production.
