KJ-PUR-FZ732B Hot Melt Adhesive

Product Overview

KJ-PUR-FZ732B is a single-component reactive polyurethane (PUR) hot melt adhesive based on polyurethane resin. It has the advantages of moderate viscosity, easy wetting, and high production efficiency, making it suitable for automated assembly lines. After melting at 110-140℃ for application, it offers excellent adhesion strength and a moderate touch feel once fully cured.

Applicable Scope

Suitable for fabric-to-fabric lamination. Fabrics with a waterproof rating of level 4 or lower, and fabrics rated above level 4 as well as filament fabrics, require a small sample test before mass production. When laminating non-waterproof fabrics, due to the strong permeability of PUR 732B, a small sample test is necessary before proceeding to mass production.
